Welcome to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, a warm, inviting community committed to deepening Christian faith and fellowship.
St. Thomas Episcopal Church is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Scripture, tradition and reason are often described as the three cornerstones of our faith.
St. Thomas' mission is based on the Great Commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28: 18-20: To receive God's love inwardly, to show God's love outwardly, and to take God's love forward.
We invite you to experience the St. Thomas' promise.

A Day of Spiritual Renewal: Learning & Listening in the Presence
Join us for a spiritual retreal led by Bettina Schuller on Saturday, February 20th, from 9 am - noon. Come to this quiet place at St. Thomas and learn how to become present to your life by learning spiritual practices and prayers that could become part of your daily life, without adding another time commitment to an already busy schedule. The day will provide periods of guided prayer and meditation and time for individual prayer. Come and listen to God's "small, still voice" whispering about the beauty of creation and the beauty of your life.
Confirmation Class Starting January 31st!
If you...
~wish to be confirmed;
~have come to the Episcopal Church from another Christian tradition and want to be received into the Episcopal Church;
~have already been confirmed and would like to reaffirm your faith;
~would simply like to learn more about the Christian faith and Episcopal Church;
Then consider joining us for an 8-week confirmation class on Sunday mornings from 9-9:45 am in the Guild Room for both adults and youth. We will meet each Sunday morning from January 31st - March 21st. Those who wish may be confirmed, received, or can reaffirm their faith in a special service on Sunday, March 7th at 4 pm when Bishop Smith will make his annual visit to St. Thomas.
Hearing God in the Top Forty
For many of us, the veil between heaven and earth is never so thin as when we are listening to good music. "Hearing God in the Top Forty" will be a special service in which we discover much that is sacred in songs that are usually viewed as "secular" or apart from the holy. This service will have a vast array of hit songs from the past five decades so it will appeal to music lovers of every age. Be sure to join us Sunday, March 21st in the Parish Hall at 10 am and afterward at the Parish Picnic.
